I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were charming, beautifully appointed, and well-equipped, but the view over the car park was not ideal. The service was excellent, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff, although some were not particularly friendly. The location was great, right by the Rhein and surrounded by many restaurants, making it a good base for exploring.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right by the Rhein with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were not just comfortable but also charming and beautifully appointed. The service was outstanding, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was fabulous, offering real English tea and coffee with a wide variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience. However, the only downside was the price, which could be a bit high for some, but the value for money was definitely there.
